new to the xda site

I have a htc desire 510 on 4.4.3 and when I connect a otg cable to it it says phone is in usb :confused:host mode cannot charge and doesn't poswer the usb stick I had this problem for a while now and I cannot seem to fix the problem

Anyone k ow how to fix this please
